CATS Flights
About
CATS Flights is our web application for viewing flight logs recorded by CATS flight computers.
Open a .cfl file to view the flight summary, sensor plots, detected events, and GNSS trajectory. Supported flights can also include historical weather data, photos, and additional flight information.
Local analysis
Opening and analyzing a flight log happens in your browser. The file is not uploaded to CATS unless you select Save flight or create an unlisted share. You do not need an account to analyze a flight.
Save and share flights
With an account, you can save flights to your personal library. Saved flights are private by default and can be edited, shared, published, or deleted.
Published flights appear in the public flight library. Unlisted guest shares remain available for the selected 1, 3, 7, 30, or 90-day duration and can be accessed by anyone with the complete link.
Explore
The public flight library contains flights published by CATS users. You can view flight data, launch locations, photos, and pilot profiles where available.
Use the library to review other CATS flights and compare results from different rockets, motors, and launch locations.
About CATS
CATS Flights is developed by Control and Telemetry Systems GmbH.
We develop flight computers and software for sounding rockets. Our hardware designs and software are open source. This allows users to understand the systems they are flying, adapt them to their requirements, and contribute improvements.
More information about our hardware, software, and documentation is available on catsystems.io.
